i drove tuesday night to western to take jakes keys to him and the guys took me to the rusty lizard... i think i already put that in my lj. then tuesday night we had dinner at fox and hound and i got a couple of drinks. wednesday me and jake went to the bajoreks house to celebrate my birthday. they had a scooby doo birthday party for me and droozy (matthew's stuffed animal dog who also has a birthday in november). thursday was heathers birthday, so thursday night a group of us went to chili's in monroe to celebrate her birthday. then we went over to her house to celebrate some more with some drinking games and what not. friday night was my party at laura's house with a budlight keg. i was surprised to see robby and elizabeth there! saturday night i had to babysit then i went back over to heather's for some more drinking, and last night me and jake stayed home because i was supposed to be studying for my test today. me and jake went yesterday to give our applications to the marquis apartment complex in carmel commons. so we will be living in apartment #931! are you kidding me! but we did, and i didnt leave until 9:30 pm. oh well, i was still getting paid. she was rude, and that is what ticked me off. if we are doing YOU a favor, dont be rude and obnoxious... i mean, honestly! but other than that work was great. all 8.5 hours of it. jake comes home thursday night. woo hoo! i was trying to clean my room, but i got my desk cleaned and thats about it. i need to be going over my paper for spanish because i gotta turn it in in the morning. and then after tomorrow, no more class this week! But I have one more hour until class starts, but its more work that i dont have to do tonight. we leave for CA in 3.5 days!! im so excited! and my birthday is in exactly a week from tomorrow!! woo hoo! anyhoo, yeah im pretty excited if you cant tell. jake went back to school this morning, which is pretty sad. i always hate it when he leaves, but i will get to see him thursday night, so its ok. i will be so busy with getting all of my work done before we leave hopefully i wont think about him being gone too much. i talked to mr. zack coward today, that was really cool. he seems to like it overseas in the marines. i cant remember if he is in afghanistan or what? i think thats right. steve could tell ya. i miss my ashlyn bell! i keep thinking about the good ol' days at asu. i miss them. btw ashlyn, if you want to go snowboarding at all this winter let me know!!! me and jake are going to go, hopefully a lot. maybe you and your boytoy could drive to charlotte and then we could drive the rest of the way to boone! we are thinking about renting a house or something one weekend and take some people up there to have fun in the snow. im excited. especially since i went once last season, and it was icy. yep, thats the last time ive been, sad huh? me and jake rented a few movies this weekend. we watched fever pitch, which was extremely good and very cute! we also rented robots, which it took me a while to actually finish it because I kept falling asleep. but, great movie. and we rented man of the house, which i fell asleep before it ever started. oh well. im gonna watch it this week, hopefully. i have a problem with falling asleep during movies and/or tv shows. i cant help it. when me and ashlyn lived together i wasnt allowed to get in my bed if we were watching tv because she knew i would end up falling asleep before she did. haha. anyway.. i need to finish this paper. cya wouldnt want to be ya... i know its corny. oh well. http://pattytnips.livejournal.com/916.html drained public 0 http://pattytnips.livejournal.com/656.html Sun, 23 Oct 2005 13:30:04 GMT http://pattytnips.livejournal.com/656.html yep, the weekend has come and gone... so fast! jake is still sleeping and I am trying to focus on writing a paper for spanish. i envy miss ashlyn bc she is done with school... and I still have atleast 1.5 years left... and definitely more after that. im writing a paper on how public school teachers are not paid enough money. my mom told me to do it! haha. go figure. but, i decided to write a little on here before I jumped into it. jake didn't work last night. yay! but i guess bad for him because that means no money. we stayed at the bajoreks AGAIN this weekend. I think ive been here for the past 3 weeks straight or something. yeah, they leave a lot. good for me! i get money. my birthday is only NINE days away (counting today of course!) I am so freaking excited. i am having a party on the 4th if anyone would like to come, let me know. we cooked a very nice dinner last night and drank wine. i love wine! its my new obsession. its gets you so nice and warm! :) whoops, i forgot to let repo back inside! peace. http://pattytnips.livejournal.com/656.html optimistic public 0 http://pattytnips.livejournal.com/346.html Wed, 19 Oct 2005 23:39:09 GMT http://pattytnips.livejournal.com/346.html ashlyn told me to update my life through a livejournal so i am. there isnt much to say at the moment tho... it took me forever to get a picture that was so damn small. haha. school is going ok right now... spanish is killing me. i was thinking about maybe doing something with criminal justice, but we will see. i met with my advisor today and she said im done with my psych major except for senior seminar and general psych lab... so thats cool. but now i gotta fill in the rest of my 47 hours i need to graduate. thats why if spanish doesn't work out im going to look into cj. im actually at home tonight, ive been out the rest of the week doing stuff with either heather or laura or whoever. i need to be studying for a geography test i have on friday, but i stopped doing that hours ago so that i can play around on the computer. im getting pretty hungry. oh! my birthday is coming. send presents!!! i will FINALLY be 21... good god its taken forever. it doesn't help when all of my friends have been 21 for at least 2 years now. ive been holding them back for way too long! we are gonna party so get in touch with me if you want to party. my jake is coming home again this weekend :) we are going to san francisco next weekend to see the tampa bay buccaneers beat the san fran 49ers. :) its going to be a lot of fun. i have a paper i need to do before we leave, fun stuff. well im done. bye. http://pattytnips.livejournal.com/346.html public 1
